Key Responsibilities:
- Early Intervention Physiotherapy – assess and treat injuries before they progress to chronic conditions.
- Workplace Assessments – conduct thorough assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Education and Training – educate and empower workers on how they can take ownership of their health and safety.
- Build lasting relationships with workers, supervisors, and site leaders to help improve their health and safety culture.
- Developing Injury Prevention Plans – work with our leadership team and clients to develop customized plans to prevent injuries.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of musculoskeletal experience in an onsite or private practice setting.
- Physiotherapy degree with full AHPRA registration.
- Great communication skills to create and maintain good relationships and the ability to liaise comfortably with a wide range of people.
- A committed, curious and flexible attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Resident or approved work visa.
- Driver's license and own transport.
