About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Key Worker to join our team in Launceston. As a Key Worker, you will be responsible for delivering interventions to NDIS participants (specifically children aged 0-8) and their families, leading to positive, life-changing outcomes.

This is a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) position, with a focus on supporting before/after school appointments. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists, to provide comprehensive support to our participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver interventions to NDIS participants and their families, including assessments, goal setting, and progress monitoring
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to participants
  • Develop and maintain relationships with participants, their families, and support networks
  • Document and bill for sessions through our online participant management system
