Seeking a skilled accounts payable professional to join our team. As an experienced accounts payable specialist, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable operations, general journals, bank reconciliations and other key tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounts payable management, with excellent organisational skills and a willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team.

You will have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise deadlines and maintain accurate records.

Prior experience using Xero, Google, Hubdoc, Dext, Office and PandaDoc is highly regarded. Your business English skills should be polished as this is a client-facing role.

We are flexible in work hours, offering full-time or part-time arrangements depending on your availability. We require consistency in your availability and a commitment to working hours.
