Job Opportunity

Laundy Hotels is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Officer to join their team in Bass Hill.

This role involves full function accounts payable, processing invoices, preparing payments for review and reconciliations. Ensuring the accurate processing of invoices and other payments required by the business is crucial. Maintaining efficient communication with external and internal customers & stakeholders is also vital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Full function accounts payable - processing invoices, preparing payments for review and reconciliations
  • Ensuring the accurate processing of invoices and other payments required by the business
  • Maintaining highly efficient, professional and timely communication with external and internal customers & stakeholders
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc duties, including month end activities and general administration

We are looking for a driven, passionate and focused individual who possesses the following attributes and skills:

  • Accurate data entry
  • Intermediate/advanced MS Excel & Word capability
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines and a flexible attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Flexible and adaptable to change especially in a fast-paced workplace
