Delivering exceptional customer experiences is at the heart of our approach. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing our annual integrated marketing plan. Your focus will be on managing the execution of campaigns across the hospitality business unit, working closely with your line manager to develop and refine strategies.

The Key Responsibilities

Developing Brand Positioning:

  • You will work collaboratively with the marketing manager to craft and manage the brand positioning strategy for sub-brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of hospitality marketing campaigns, refining promotion and event concepts to meet brand guidelines and deliver desired outcomes.
  • Write briefs for creative development and campaign planning, allowing sufficient lead-time for requirements to be fulfilled.
  • Engage with the legal and compliance team to create terms and conditions for promotions, offers, and ticketed events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment on initiatives delivered.

About You:

  • Bachelor of Marketing or a related field is required.
  • 1-3 years' experience in brand marketing, preferably in high-end hospitality, beverage, entertainment, or retail.
  • Proven success in driving results with an absolute passion for brand marketing.
  • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and ensure alignment across the organisation.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
