Brand Transformation Leader

This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in guiding businesses through meaningful brand transformation. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for helping clients move from chaos to clarity, and from blending in to standing out.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of positioning, messaging, and identity frameworks. You will lead clients through every stage of our Brand Fusion Framework - from discovery to definition to design.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading strategic workshops and brand consultations that spark clarity and direction
  • Collaborating with our internal creative team to ensure all execution aligns with strategy
  • Keeping projects running smoothly with clear communication, timelines, and follow-through
  • Identifying opportunities to add value, strengthen the brand, and grow the relationship

As a confident, strategic communicator with a passion for branding, you will hold a room with clarity and warmth. Your ability to collaborate across strategy, design, and copy will bring ideas to life.

We're looking for someone who is calm, organised, and confident in fast-paced environments. If you have 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, client services, or account leadership within a creative/branding agency, we want to hear from you.
