About the Role
Zenergy is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join their team for a 3-month period. As a WHS Business Partner, you will be responsible for implementing the company's WHS strategy and wellbeing initiatives, partnering with key stakeholders across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement WHS strategies and initiatives to improve workplace safety and wellbeing
- Provide technical expertise in injury prevention and support management of work-related and non-work-related medical conditions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to increase engagement and awareness of WHS and wellbeing initiatives
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize workplace hazards
- Develop and maintain WHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in workplace health and safety
- Allied Health qualification highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and codes of practice
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders at all levels
