Job Description

The Hatch Vacation Student Program provides the opportunity to work on real projects and gain practical industry skills. You will be involved in the development and provision of modern systems, applications and solutions to support clients on their path towards digital modernization.

Project Focus:

The work you will be involved with will generally be focused on the mining industry enabling integrated operations, using advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to create digital twins that provide real-time decision support to operations aimed at optimizing asset efficiency.

The work may also include the development, testing and deployment of autonomous industrial machinery, vehicles or equipment. Our strength is in our technical digital know-how combined with our engineering capability surrounded by a supportive team environment.

Requirements

You will have (or be working towards) a bachelor's/master's degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Chemical), ideally in your penultimate year of study.

Successful candidates will also have excellent interpersonal skills and strong passion for working closely in a team environment to solve complex problems. You will also have an interest in exploring a future with a global consulting company and are committed to creating positive change.
