
Strategic Client Relationship Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients. Your key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction
- Cultivating and sustaining relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams to enhance service delivery
- Deepening our engagement with key clients
- Contribution to successful contract execution by consistently meeting defined KPIs
- Producing, refining, and delivering client reports in alignment with contractual obligations
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within an account management position, with demonstrated expertise in managing services for large commercial-based clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing account plans to achieve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth targets
- Managing and coordinating internal teams to deliver exceptional client service
- Providing regular reporting and updates to stakeholders on client activity and progress
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks to client relationships
- Coordinating managed services projects, including sourcing quotes from partners and suppliers
