Strategic Client Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Client Advisor to lead our corporate client relationships.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to excel as part of our team and consistently deliver exceptional results. As a Strategic Client Advisor, you will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with key contacts within client organisations, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring prompt resolution of all client escalations, and maintaining open communication channels between clients and internal staff members.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client matters
  • Attend regular meetings with clients to discuss ongoing projects and address any concerns
  • Maintain clear communication lines between clients and internal teams
  • Provide timely updates to management on critical issues
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and addressing client needs in a professional manner
  • Gain a deep understanding of each client's network design and solution
  • Closely coordinate activities with our provisioning and support teams
  • Serve as the face of our organisation and primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns
  • Effectively manage client expectations in situations where service disruptions occur
  • Collaborate closely with our management team and network engineers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in account management
  • Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and delivering results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse audiences
  • A strong understanding of ICT terminology and concepts
  • A willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and a self-motivated attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Desired Qualifications and Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who possesses:

  • Proficient knowledge of computer-based office software, including G-Suite, Freshdesk, and MS Teams
  • Prior experience working with telecommunications systems and firewalls
  • A solid understanding of various telecommunications services and products
  • Experience in managing complex services within the ISP/MSP environment
  • A genuine desire to provide exceptional client service
