Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will also be required to maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and provide timely and effective support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and cash flow;
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
  • Provide regular financial reports and analysis to the management team;
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives;
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases;
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax and employment laws;
  • Perform other tasks as necessary or required by the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Finance;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and other accounting software;
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements;
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously;
  • Financial accounting background preferably in community health care.
