Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

A forward-thinking CFO is required to drive financial excellence and contribute to the company's growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in leading full-spectrum finance operations. They will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, consolidating group financials, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing cash flow and group treasury operations
  • Preparing annual audits and statutory reports
  • Overseeing AP/AR and banking relationships
  • Maintaining and improving accounting policies and internal controls

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have advanced Excel skills. They will also be proactive, commercially savvy, and able to collaborate effectively across teams.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills; confident with G-Suite and Xero
