About the Property & Health Role

As an Assistant Manager in our Property & Health team, you'll play a key role in helping to acquire, grow, and retain a quality portfolio of property and health customers. Your role is to partner with the Senior Relationship Manager to support your portfolio in all aspects of customer service, compliance, processes, systems, and governance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures
  • Maintain control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfillment processes
  • Act in the best interest of the customer and apply a customer-centric approach
  • Proactively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs
  • Provide solutions towards account maintenance and simple customer requests
  • Support the Senior Relationship Manager with management of a portfolio of property (development & investment) and health customers
  • Collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to fulfill customers' needs
  • Engage specialist teams when required

What You'll Bring

  • Property Industry Experience: Current and ongoing understanding of property industry trends, including drivers, practical knowledge, market and competition factors, key customer success indicators, supplier/contract norms, credit approval drivers, and strategy application within the industry.
  • Relationship Management: Building, maintaining, and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Portfolio Management: The selection, prioritization, and management of a portfolio of work/and or customers in line with its strategic objectives and capacity to deliver.
  • Customer Solutions: Supporting customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services, and/or providing considered options that meet those needs.
  • Credit Analysis: The ability to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors such as character, capital, capacity to repay, collateral (security), and conditions (the 5Cs of credit).
  • Fulfillment: The end-to-end execution of a process, or part thereof, to achieve a customer or end-user outcome.
  • Data Interpretation & Analysis: Collecting, profiling, and analyzing data to translate into meaningful insights to problem-solve and/or inform business or customer decisions and deliver solutions.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Identifying and interpreting applicable laws, rules, codes, and standards to create and/or manage policies, processes, and procedures, including how these are organized, reviewed, and communicated.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality and viability of working solutions through quality practices and rigorous testing with a customer-centric focus.
