The Opportunity

We're looking for a high-performing professional to lead the growth of our Infrastructure Advisory team in Sydney.

This role offers exposure to major projects and the opportunity to work with talented leaders in the field.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide commercial, financial and strategic advice on infrastructure projects.

- Lead project deliverables that present analysis in a clear and impactful manner.

- Identify market opportunities and prepare tender responses for new clients.

- Build relationships and networks in the sector and across government.

Further responsibilities will be determined by your rank and experience.

Skills and Attributes

To Succeed You Must Have

- A positive approach to teamwork

- Self-starting attitude and enthusiasm for growth

- Interest in social infrastructure and services, particularly in housing

- Understanding of major infrastructure procurement models

- Strong commercial acumen and project management skills

Ideal Qualifications

- Familiarity with Social Services commissioning and NFP providers

- Experience with social and affordable housing procurement
