Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Commissioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the testing and commissioning activities of a multi-disciplined digital railway system project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with a focus on system integration, testing, and commissioning. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Providing technical expertise to support the testing and commissioning activities">
  • Ensuring that test and commissioning activities are executed in alignment with Work, Health and Safety requirements">
  • Oversight of the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of all Test Procedures">
  • Technical review of all test documentation to ensure test coverage is robust and comprehensive">
  • Ensuring the timely production of all Sub-System and System Test Plans, Procedures, and Reports at the project level">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field

">

10+ years' experience in a similar role in the Rail Signal industry

">

System Integration of complex systems

">

Understanding how testing plays a role in supporting Systems Assurance activities

">

Railway equipment and environment

">

Use of Test tools

">

Use of Database tools

">

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite

">

Knowledge of ERP and Configuration Management tools

">
