Construction Project Manager Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the construction of single-storey homes, allocate materials and trades, ensure timely completion, and communicate effectively with clients and management.

  • Supervise and manage construction teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Coordinate logistics, including material allocation and subcontractor negotiations.
  • Inspect completed projects to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular project updates.
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience as a Site Supervisor in residential home building.
  • Carpentry background or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership skills, positive attitude, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
