
Creative Content Strategist

This position plays a pivotal role in crafting engaging marketing campaigns and content for a diverse roster of artists, leveraging various social, online, music, and relevant platforms to deliver compelling narratives.
- Collaborate with team members to develop captivating content that resonates across multiple channels.
- Provide administrative support to the immediate team and assigned colleagues, facilitating seamless workflow.
- Contribute to maximizing the value of Universal Music Australia's extensive repertoire by driving commercial, promotional, and artist-centric outcomes.
- Navigate international label collaborations and artist team coordination where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create shareable and engaging content that connects with target audiences across artist, label, and external channels.
- Develop marketing assets (social media, video, audio, outdoor, print) for promotional purposes across various campaigns.
- Promote brand identity through email marketing initiatives.
- Leverage UMA social media channels to enhance brand presence.
- Support the wider team with ad-hoc creative tasks.
- Maintain and enforce company style guidelines, ensuring consistent quality across all channels.
About You:
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects) and other design platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Windows, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- In-depth knowledge of social media and digital advertising platforms.
- High level of creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills, fostering effective collaboration across teams and business units.
