Drive sales through strategic creative initiatives that combine content, performance, and brand.

Lead a team of strategists, guiding and refining their work to boost results. Develop and execute campaigns for top-tier clients, driving growth through innovative approaches.

Responsibilities
  • Owning campaign direction and creative output across key client projects
  • Mentoring and growing a team of Strategists
  • Developing and implementing performance-driven strategies for social media platforms
  • Briefing teams with clear objectives and expectations
  • Reviewing and approving final assets with a focus on performance and quality
  • Analyzing performance data to inform creative decisions and optimize results
  • Representing the creative voice in client interactions and presentations
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in a strategy/creative role with paid social experience
  • A proven track record of creating high-performing content
  • Passion for crafting engaging experiences and understanding human behavior
  • Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage pressure and maintain a calm demeanor while leading a team
  • Comfortable contributing to brainstorming sessions and providing input
