Key Responsibilities:- NPD Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop NPD plans that maximize market share and profitability.

- Promotional Planning: Develop and execute promotional plans that drive sales, manage trade spend, and maintain brand health.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in trade marketing, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. Experience working in the FMCG industry, particularly in Australian grocery markets, is highly regarded.
