We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at Uniting. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily living assistance, including showering, personal hygiene, dressing, and help at mealtimes, to support residents' independence and mobility.
- Assist with medication administration and simple wound dressings, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
- Support residents in community-based recreational and social activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
