As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing service delivery and driving high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide procedural advice to ensure effective quality assurance practices and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks within operational processes, and assist with the implementation of corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver targeted training sessions in collaboration with team leaders and the training unit.
- Contribute to policy development by researching, preparing documentation, and providing advice on best practices.
- Develop and maintain resource materials to support consistent application of quality assurance practices across the work unit.
- Respond and advise on matters of legislative compliance when considering operational needs and responses.
- Proven ability to provide procedural advice and guidance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
