- Provide regular progress updates and insights to senior management.
- Proven experience as a Test Manager or similar role, with expertise in cloud migration.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and software testing tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team towards achieving common goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with relevant industry certifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
