Injury Management Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Injury Management Specialist. As an allied health expert, you will play a crucial role in reviewing complex long tail claims and assisting with quality assurance functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Reviewing and managing complex long tail claims (CTP/ Workers Comp)
    • Assisting with QA functions and providing feedback and analysis to claims advisors
    • Managing relationships with key government agencies
    • Serving as a specialist for the wider team

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 - 12 months of experience in workers' compensation claims or allied health
  • An allied health degree (Nursing, Dietitian, Physiotherapy)
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of insurance legislation and statutory framework (preferred but not essential)
  • Proven high-level communication and interpersonal skills
