Civil Wind Project Delivery Lead

The role is focused on delivering onshore wind projects with a civil bias. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of these projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and scheduling of construction activities
  • Management of site project teams
  • Quality assurance, cost and time management
  • Preparation of management reports
  • Liaising with key clients and stakeholders
  • Coordination of internal and external resources
  • Recruitment and mentoring of teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
  • 7-20+ years' experience with civil packages on onshore wind construction projects
  • Project management qualifications advantageous
  • Hands-on understanding of construction
  • Proven ability to lead and delegate
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Able to resolve conflict and manage client expectations
  • High level of organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
