As a trusted solutions architect, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their goals by providing expert guidance on the effective deployment of our innovative analytics solutions. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders, and for ensuring that their objectives are met through the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multifaceted analytics strategies to address complex business challenges.
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops and capture customer requirements to inform the development of tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics, and translate this knowledge into actionable insights for our customers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a pre-sales or consulting role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience delivering enterprise software solutions and a deep understanding of technical advancements in the field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS companies and a passion for technology.
  • Articulate and compelling speaker, able to communicate the value of our solutions to customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate complex conversations and build trust with customers and partners.
  • Smart thinker, innovator, and decision-maker who can inspire customer loyalty.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy.
