Key Technologies and Solutions Specialist

As a key technologies and solutions specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert support to service delivery teams, guiding and influencing the development and implementation of technology solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technology designs and standards based on IT strategy, roadmap, and architecture principles.
  • Contribute to governance, assurance, and policy development for all technologies.
  • Ensure documented solution designs meet established standards and effectively deliver intended outcomes.
  • Execute build and deployment activities in line with vendor and stakeholder requirements, embedding security throughout.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and collaborate with architects and vendors to provide technical guidance.
  • Provide expert technical advice to resolve complex incidents and support problem and request management.
  • Translate strategic and business goals into actionable plans in collaboration with the manager, digital technology design and delivery.

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Experience in enterprise architecture disciplines.
  • Knowledge of IT service design and operations.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code and DevOps practices in Azure.
