As a Customer Platform Solutions Expert, you will lead the strategic design and evolution of customer data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect end-to-end customer and marketing data solutions across CRM, MDM, Salesforce, APIs, and event-based systems
Lead the design of customer master data solutions – including survivorship, identity resolution, and golden record logic
Demonstrate expertise in architecting data solutions using platforms such as Redshift or Databricks, with a strong command of advanced data modelling techniques
Enable data stewardship, consent management, and PII compliance through scalable architecture
Support real-time integration between systems like Kafka, MuleSoft, and other enterprise applications
Define platform patterns and guardrails aligned to strategic data models
Create architecture views using ArchiMate methodology
About You:
You have deep experience in solution architecture for customer & marketing data platforms, CRM, or enterprise integration
You possess strong knowledge of customer data models, hierarchical relationships, and segmentation logic
You are comfortable navigating complexity and leading cross-functional discussions with marketing, compliance, business, and technology teams
You have experience in data & application architecture including AWS services, Databricks, and integration technologies
You are familiar with security, consent frameworks, PII handling, and governance best practices
