Job Summary

The Project Ceres urea plant is a landmark project for Western Australia, delivering the largest production processes in the country.

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Security (HSSE) professional to join our team as an HSSE Advisor. The ideal candidate will ensure all operations comply with local regulations, industry best practices, and internal policies.

  • Implement and continuously improve the company's HSSE management system.
  • Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
  • Deliver HSSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.
  • Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and maintaining an effective HSSE management system.
  • Conducting regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.
  • Leading incident investigations and supporting root cause analysis to identify corrective actions.
  • Developing and delivering HSSE training programs to ensure employee awareness and understanding of HSSE procedures.
  • Monitoring and reporting on compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
