Personal Support Worker - Make a Difference in Someone's Life

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing quality personal, social and emotional care and support to our residents.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities, ensuring the dignity and privacy of each resident is maintained.
  • Supporting residents with mobility issues, helping them with walking, using mobility aids or transferring between different positions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided, observations and any changes in the resident's condition.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents.

You will be required to have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent. We value adaptable, passionate and willing-to-learn individuals who can work effectively as part of a team.
