Maintenance Manager

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our plant. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and support subordinate team members in resolving reliability and maintenance issues efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will serve as the main contact for technical issues, conducting thorough root cause analyses to enhance customer KPIs and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • You will ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety policies and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • You will lead and support your team, coordinating resources effectively to resolve plant reliability and maintenance issues promptly.
  • You will oversee working hours, invoices, and financial results, aligning them with company policies and procedures.
  • You will create comprehensive documentation for transparency and support during customer meetings.

Requirements:

  • A strong educational background in Electrical or Mechanical trade or engineering is essential.
  • You must have proven experience working in an FMCG or similar high-speed manufacturing environment.
  • You should possess experience leading teams and managing customers' requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • You should be skilled in root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and actioning responses to drive positive change.
  • A team player with excellent professional, positive, self-motivated, and proactive attitude is required.
  • You should possess strong communication, good administration, accounting, and presentation skills to excel in this role.

Location: Central Coast (75%) and Sydney (25%); occasional travel to Sydney may be required.
