This Enterprise Architect role is part of the Technology, Transformation and Operations business unit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing architecture blueprints and roadmaps for strategically significant parts of the organisation.
  2. Guiding Solution Architects to ensure solutions are aligned to target state architecture.
  3. Overseeing solution development for significant programs/projects.
  4. Structuring and managing architecture governance for the ARB and SAF.
  5. Working with teams to align architecture governance and methods.
  6. Engaging actively with stakeholders to align business and technology outcomes.
  7. Documenting, maintaining, and communicating the overarching architecture and roadmap.

Key requirements include proven experience in architecture, systems, and technologies, especially Wealth Management and Superannuation.

A strong understanding of commercial frameworks, trade-offs between short- and long-term needs, and ability to frame technology options is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing target state architectures and roadmaps, with the ability to influence, guide, and coach technology teams.

They will also possess a commitment to comply with regulations, policies, and processes.
