We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals and making a positive impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explore customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partner with different specialists within the branch
- Support customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings
- Be the face of the branch and customer service, becoming the go-to person for customers with queries or assistance

- Build connections with customers, supporting our community and making a positive impact while having fun along the way
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing environment and ability to achieve targets
- Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset
- Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes us different
- Drive for collaboration, mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals
