As a Banking Specialist Relief you will work collaboratively with your Manager and colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for every customer you deal with. You will provide support to other local teams when needed, build personal connections with customers, and work with them to use our technology and digital options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with customers and refer them to specialist team members as needed

  • Assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes
  • Engage with customers by participating in community events and fundraising activities
