The Retail Bank is the public face of our organization - in branches, on the phone, through video conferencing and online. Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for our customers.
As a Banking Specialist Relief you will work collaboratively with your Manager and colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for every customer you deal with. You will provide support to other local teams when needed, build personal connections with customers, and work with them to use our technology and digital options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Build relationships with customers and refer them to specialist team members as needed
- Work with customers to help them use our technology and digital options
- Assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes
- Engage with customers by participating in community events and fundraising activities
