Change Management Lead Role

This role is focused on driving meaningful change in the healthcare industry. As a Change Management Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies that enhance patient outcomes and clinical efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies
  • Facilitate training programs and support clinical teams through digital transformation
  • Collaborate with NSW Health, clinical and corporate services teams to ensure successful system integration
  • Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance to change
  • Create communication plans to engage all stakeholders throughout the implementation

What You Bring:

  • Proven change management experience, preferably in healthcare settings
  • Experience and knowledge of working at Calvary Mater Newcastle
  • Strong understanding of digital health systems and patient record management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
