Job Overview

The Hospital Pharmacist position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to inpatients or outpatients, ensuring the quality use of medicine is upheld.
  • Conduct pharmaceutical admission and discharge reconciliations, monitoring medication outcomes.
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, providing advice on patient care.
  • Contribute to our 6-day roster, including flexible hours.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
  • A minimum of 1 year's Australian Pharmacist experience.
  • Australian working rights, valid for at least 12 months from start of employment.
  • Personal Indemnity insurance.
  • Vaccination status as required by St John of God Mt. Lawley Hospital.
  • Working with Children (WWC) Check.
