Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. This role is responsible for developing and implementing systems and processes to deliver occupational health services across the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, developing and implementing policies, procedures and guidelines related to occupational health and wellbeing. They will also supervise and mentor nurses in the delivery of occupational health services, collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement health promotion programs, conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks to employee health and wellbeing, provide education and training to employees on occupational health and safety matters, and participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines related to occupational health and wellbeing
  • Supervise and mentor nurses in the delivery of occupational health services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement health promotion programs
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks to employee health and wellbeing
  • Provide education and training to employees on occupational health and safety matters

Requirements: To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia.
