“We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our enterprise-wide integration efforts. As an Integrated Management System Professional, you will play a key role in shaping our organisation's IMS framework and driving operational excellence.
Analyse and map end-to-end value streams, applying Lean principles to identify waste and opportunities to improve systems and processes.
Support the design and implementation of the IMS framework to meet ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Integrate Safety, Sustainability, and Quality procedures with operational and functional processes.
Collaborate with frontline crews, leaders, and cross-functional teams to co-design practical solutions.
Facilitate workshops to streamline processes and enhance integration.
Create tools, training materials, and visual aids to support the change management process and the IMS's long-term success.
You Will Bring
A degree in engineering, construction, quality, risk, or a related field.
5+ years' experience in process mapping, systems integration, and continuous improvement.
Practical knowledge of Lean methodologies, with experience in tools like Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, 5S (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage).
Confidence using process documentation tools (e.g., Visio).
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive change across teams.
Understanding of ISO standards.
