
Duties of an Accounts Receivable Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely payment of invoices, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be involved in reconciling trade debtors aged listings, analyzing debtor's ledgers, and preparing monthly debtor statements.
As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively interact with colleagues and external parties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in administration, accounts receivable, or accounts payable roles.
- A self-starter with the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with large-scale ERP systems is preferred.
