Content Editor for Digital Beauty Brand

About the Role
As a highly skilled Content Editor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistency of our brand voice across all customer touchpoints at MECCA Brands Pty Ltd. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract with an estimated salary of AU$120,000 per annum.
This dynamic role requires someone who is passionate about words and grammar, with extensive experience (10+ years) in a sub-editing role and a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English literature or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Voice Consistency: Ensure that our brand voice remains consistent across all MECCA copy and content.
- Copy Editing and Subbing: Sub edit everything from store signage to digital content, including weekly emails, videos, and apps.
- Content Development: Develop engaging content for our customers, focusing on clarity, relevance, and creativity.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including the Content team, Marketing Process, and Operations teams.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional organisational and planning skills, outstanding attention to detail, and a resourceful can-do attitude. You should be technologically fluent, with experience in CMS and DAM systems being beneficial. Additionally, you will have a passion for words and grammar, excellent writing skills, and the ability to think creatively.
