Job Description

This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about innovation and R&D, as you will have the opportunity to experiment with new technologies and solutions.

  • You will work across the entire technology stack, collaborating with designers, architects, business owners, and other developers and engineers to build prototypes with cohesive end-to-end features and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geographic teams to define, design, develop, and communicate prototypes.
  • Develop and troubleshoot prototypes with both frontend and backend components, ensuring adherence to team coding standards, architectural patterns, and security practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI Agent development and Agentic AI systems.
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience.

Please ensure you possess a deep understanding of:

  • AI agent frameworks.
  • Multi-agent systems, agent communication protocols, and coordination mechanisms.
  • Large Language Models (LLMs) and their integration into agent workflows.
  • Prompt engineering and chain-of-thought reasoning implementation.
  • Autonomous agent architectures.
