Sales Team Motivator

This is a permanent role that requires driving sales and motivating the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading the sales team
- Mentoring and motivating team members
- Coaching staff towards best practices
- Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Setting targets for staff
- Maintaining store appearance
- Overseeing systems and processes to ensure customer satisfaction standards are met
- Training staff
- Creating a productive work environment
- Resolving customer complaints
The ideal candidate will have industry experience in sales management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication skills.
A passion for motor vehicles and knowledge of the automotive industry would be beneficial, as well as previous retail management experience.
The successful applicant will have a neat appearance, a positive disposition, and a good work ethic.
