Swimming Instructor

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic swimming instructor to deliver effective learn to swim lessons for students of all ages and abilities.
As a swimming instructor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing swimming programs to meet the varying needs and abilities of participants, groups, and squads.
- Develop and conduct swimming lessons that cater to the unique requirements of Aquatics Programs and ensure adequate planning and availability of resources.
- Collaborate with the Aquatic Programs team to provide expert advice on matters relating to swimming instruction and safety.
- Maintain equipment, cleanliness of storage areas, and ensure seamless setup and takedown of equipment as required.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A current Austswim Certificate for Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety or equivalent qualification.
- An AUSTSWIM Infant and Pre-school qualification or equivalent certification.
- A current CPR/Resuscitation Certificate.
- A current Working with Children Check (NSW).
You will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills and experience.
