We're on the lookout for a fun-loving, enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our awesome team at the UNSW Fitness & Aquatic Centre If you've got a passion for swimming and love teaching others in a vibrant, supportive environment, we want you to dive into our Swim Bright Way of coaching.

Located in the heart of Kensington, UNSWFAC is a leading provider of swimming lessons and aquatic programs. We're all about promoting water safety and helping swimmers of all ages and skill levels build confidence and skills, all while having a great time

Clublinks is appointed by UNSW Sydney to lead the health, fitness, aquatic, leisure and wellness initiatives across their Sports and Leisure facilities, located in Kensington.

As a Swim Instructor, your role will focus on crafting and executing lesson plans aimed at fostering swimming skills among all ages. Your approach will seamlessly blend stroke development with water safety allowing them to feel safe in the water and feel more confident about swimming.

About you

You will:

  • Nail our values
  • Proven swim instruction or swim coaching experience
  • Hold relevant qualifications including Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety qualification
  • Have a vibrant, energetic approach and can-do attitude
  • Be friendly, polite and approachable at all times
  • Possess great communication and presentation skills
  • Be over 16 years old
  • Ability varied roster, with opens, closes and weekend work
  • Hold or be open to obtain a Working with children check and current National Police check
