**Job Title:** Swimming Instructor

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic swimming instructor to deliver safe, fun, and educational swimming lessons to groups, schools, and individuals.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to assess students' competency levels, and recommend appropriate programs.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons in a safe and engaging environment
  • Assess students' competency levels and recommend suitable programs
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to review and improve programs
  • Stay updated with industry developments and best practices
**Requirements:
  • Certification in first aid and CPR
  • Qualifications as a swimming instructor
  • National police check and working with children/vulnerable people clearance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
