Technical Specialist Role

At our organization, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare IT systems and technologies.

The role requires the specialist to provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, as well as collaborate with IT and clinical stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation, configuration, and adoption of health IT technology.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert for specific health IT technologies, including EHR systems, integration platforms, and data analytics.
  • Providing technical expertise and leadership to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Contributing to solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment of health IT projects.

For this role, we are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the healthcare IT industry. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated experience in more than one IT healthcare technology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
