As a Technical Systems Architecture Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the design, planning, and delivery of complex systems architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable architectures that align with strategic business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and advisory services to ensure platforms are built, operated, and maintained in alignment with strategic roadmaps.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in architecting, designing, and implementing bespoke applications and related integrations around Core HR and other HCM modules.
  • Strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including HDL, HSDL, Extracts, Web Services, OTBI/BI Reporting, Fast Formula, and Security.
  • Expertise in database management using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Knowledge of OCI PaaS platforms to extend and integrate Oracle Fusion HCM using OIC, ATP & APEX.
