About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Alumina Producer at our Gladstone refinery. As a Trainee Process Operator, you will play a critical role in the safe and efficient operation of our plant, working closely with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the safe operation of plant and equipment, ensuring compliance with site policies and procedures.
- Develop your skills and knowledge in process operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of safety, stability, and sustainability.
- Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
