Australia Marketing Leader For Automotive Aftermarket

Job Overview:We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Marketing Plan for Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will align with our global strategy, define key initiatives, and execute them effectively.
The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of our Automotive Aftermarket Division products and be able to propose innovative marketing actions.
The role requires strong analytical skills, ensuring the optimization of marketing efforts and capitalization of business opportunities.
The successful candidate will monitor results, refine improvement points, and develop effective marketing promotion/programs with sales and Application Engineering teams.
Demand planning based on programs and portfolios will be a key aspect of this role, as well as validating industry implementation of marketing activities and taking the voice of the customer to promote improvements.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- MBA preferred
- Minimum 2+ years related working experience in marketing function or related industry
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
This is a permanent position located in North Ryde, Australia.
