Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Worker to join our team. This is a casual role that requires flexibility and adaptability.

The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with high support needs, including those with Autism, ADHD, Mental Health conditions, and Intellectual Disabilities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing quality care and support to people in their homes and communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • Experience working with individuals with high support needs, including Autism, ADHD, Mental Health conditions, and Intellectual Disabilities
  • Cert III Individual Supports or Cert IV Disability and/or Mental Health Care qualification (or equivalent)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, Vaccinations (including COVID), CPR & First Aid certification
