Job Opportunity: Disability Support Worker

This is a unique chance to work with adults and children who require high intensity support and/or have challenging behaviours.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2+ years of experience as a disability support worker and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing personal development and learning.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable providing personal care and assistance to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and assistance to clients as required.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver quality care and support services.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience working as a disability support worker.
  • Holding current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, Vaccinations, CPR & First Aid, and right to work in Australia.
  • Possessing Cert III Individual Supports or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
